Senior Video Editor (Real Estate + Branding Content)
We are a marketing agency producing high-end real estate and branding content. We are looking for a senior video editor who can deliver clean, fast-paced, premium content that holds attention from the first second. This is a contract role with consistent weekly work. This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who already understands how to edit for performance, not just make things look good. What You’ll Be Editing Real estate listing videos designed to help sell properties Branding content for businesses and construction companies Short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and similar platforms What You’ll Do Edit short-form videos using agent on-camera footage, b-roll, and drone footage Create strong hooks in the first few seconds to stop scrolling Maintain clean pacing and smooth flow throughout the video Add face-tracked captions and simple, modern motion graphics Color grade footage to achieve a natural, consistent, high-end look Follow clear creative direction and match our style across multiple videos What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of short-form pacing and viewer retention Ability to make videos feel premium from the first 1 to 3 seconds Clean, intentional editing. No clutter or overuse of effects Experience editing real estate or similar high-end content preferred Consistency and reliability across multiple projects each week Strong attention to detail What We Provide Clear direction and examples of our style Consistent workflow and communication Ongoing work for the right editor Important This is a selective role. We are not looking for beginners or generalists.
