About the Role

Responsible for the results of indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, for the new product, until EOL projects. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.

What You Will Do

Successful projects transfer. Successful projects development and implementation. Equipment commissioning and start-up. New projects follow-up through detailed documented planning. New technologies implementation Vision system implementation Equipment new requirements implementation (testing, implementation, documentation and standardizing). New equipment PM routines development and spare parts purchasing Support to manufacturing areas Implementation of continuous improvement automation projects Search continuous training and knowledge growth Equipment Key Performance Indicators monitoring focused in continuous improvement and sustainability. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs What You Need to Be Successful Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Excellence, Team Work and Respect. Engineering degree (Electrical / Electromechanical / Mechatronic) 5 years of experience in manufacturing areas in development and commissioning of automated systems. Strategic Planning oriented. Programming skillsPLC Programming. C# code or similar. HMI interface. SCADA System.. Robot systems (Epson / Fanuc) Servo-drivers Vision system Develop electromechanical schematics and diagrams Networking and computer systems knowledge. Advance English level 80% (reading and writing that allows fluid presentations). Problem Solving and Continuous improvement experience. Customer specific requirements (applicable) Data bases skills Bonus Points if You Have Leadership, Change Oriented, Collaboration, Judgment and Result Driven. Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously without compromising delivery dates. Ability to communicate with other users in a professional, courtesy manner. Interpersonal Skills and Advanced ability to transfer knowledge. Omron and Allen Bradley PLC programming skills. Epson / FanucRobots knowledge. Problem Solving and Continuous improvement skills Six sigma, Shainin.
