What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Web Assistant. The primary role of the Web Assistant is to update and maintain the schedule for video and image uploads for our brands. This role requires solid internet as well as strong attention to detail skills. Along with uploading duties, you will be required to compile and be detail-oriented. This job is a REMOTE position. Learn more about us here (link to http://paperstreetmedia.com/) What you'll be doing: Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met. Will need to categorize incoming content (video and image) for upload on various sites. Add tags to our content according to our tag schema (texts, tags, thumbs). You will be using our internal tools to highlight the best moments for content creation. Please note that this role requires you to be comfortable viewing our content. Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Must haves: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in professional English. Excellent computer skills, including experience with editing tools to resize images with specialized software. A keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving. Collaborative working style and team-player attitude to sharing knowledge and giving/receiving feedback. To be able to use more complex software for video upload. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team's success. Fast internet connection and working headphones - to be able to make video calls with screen sharing (Zoom and Slack) for training purposes. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment. Overtime - to be able to work paid overtime upon advanced overtime requests. Nice-to-haves: Experience with Asana, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Slack. Experience with media and image editing software (ex: Adobe Premiere, DaVinci and etc.) Apply To This Job
