As an Account Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial enterprise strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience. You'll work closely with our clients, vendors, and internal teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive results. Key Responsibilities

Commercial Enterprise Growth

+ Develop and execute commercial enterprise strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experience + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions + Analyze performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes + Manage and deliver against complex goals with ambiguous approach + Balance short-term sales goals with long-term strategic objectives

Vendor Management

+ Build and maintain relationships with vendors to drive business growth and improve customer experience + Conduct vendor delight surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement + Develop and implement improvement plans with account managers + Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce inefficiencies

Process Excellence

+ Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to inform strategic development of functions and programs + Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive growth and improve customer experience + Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers + Increase mechanisms to create duty and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

* Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights

  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collaborative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
