Join Our Team as a Lead Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex Store 2723639, located at 1361 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment, develop your skills, and grow your career with a large and stable employer like arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis and gaining entry-level management experience
  • Working in various areas of the store to provide fast and friendly service to customers
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

  • Good at selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
  • Skilled in communication and friendly conversation
  • Able to perform at a quick pace while having fun
  • Experienced in working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
  • Good at coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly
  • Experienced in leading a team of employees and entry-level employee supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in their career
  • Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
