Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on key metrics

- Staying up-to-date on business developments and finding ways to improve and learn about the company
- Making a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for merchants

- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
