Job Description

As a French Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients in English and French. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about services and products, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to measure customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Advanced English level, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced French level, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately
  • Schedule flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development programs to support your growth and success
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MB
