Production Support
Long Description Location: Remote What you’ll do? We are seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with strong experience supporting web and mobile applications in production environments. This role requires deep hands on expertise in production monitoring, incident management, and observability tools (especially Dynatrace), with a proactive mindset focused on preventing issues-not just reacting to incidents. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in Java and/or Angular, enabling log review, code inspection, and root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams to drive permanent and scalable solutions. What you’ll bring: Beginner Basic understanding of tools and concepts Requires supervision during incident handling Limited exposure to high severity production issues Intermediate Independently handles incidents and monitoring tasks Performs RCA for standard production issues Understands application behavior and system interactions Advanced Deep expertise in production operations and observability Leads complex incident resolution and RCA initiatives Proactively identifies risks and drives long term improvements Acts as a trusted SME for production stability Soft skills: Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results Oriented.
