Accountabilities

  • Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting duties.
  • Develop rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis.

  • Identify solutions to complex challenges with leadership assistance.
  • Utilize critical thinking and exploratory research for decisions.
  • Work with large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related experience in healthcare data analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and similar analytics tools.
  • Experience in analyzing Medicaid claims data and presenting results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
