In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio files into written documents, ensuring high-quality output with strict attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from a home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to digital audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into text.
• Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Deliver completed transcription tasks within deadlines while ensuring high accuracy.
• Adapt to different audio formats, accents, and subject matters efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors or team leads to clarify instructions or resolve issues.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and time logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent typing speed (minimum 50–60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Familiarity with transcription software or digital audio tools is an advantage.
• Good listening and comprehension skills to understand diverse accents and audio quality.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain consistency across projects.

Experience

• Prior experience in transcription, data entry, or audio typing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong typing skills and attention to detail are welcome to apply.
