Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that involve data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our design and operations teams to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of designers and operators to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
• 3 years of experience overseeing cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience overseeing large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analytics concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
