Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent – Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to meet their insurance needs
• Identifying new financial service opportunities with existing and new clients, and developing strategies to grow our business
• Selling, soliciting, servicing, and negotiating insurance plans based on the needs of our clients' portfolios
• Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or a related financial setting (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• A proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• A motivated and determined attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Life & Health insurance license

• Sales experience (5+ years preferred)
• Financial services experience
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
