Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – E-commerce Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions about products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers.
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features and updates.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Contract Length and Pay Rate

There is no fixed term for this position, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
