Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This will include:

  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries, analyzing payment history/notes, and communicating statuses to customers
  • Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service

  • Analyze payment history/notes and communicate statuses to customers
  • Work with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
