Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Sharing your passion for arenaflex with customers and providing them with expert advice and support
• Utilizing arenaflex's products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarizing yourself with the arenaflex site and media, as well as competitor products and services
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed recommendations
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations, ensuring customers feel heard and supported
• Collaborating with other arenaflex teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
• Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
• A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
• Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and excellent communication skills in text form
• A strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as competitor offerings
