Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you will:
- Provide live chat support by answering inquiries related to pricing, refunds, and promotions, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information.
- Log into our chat application each night and interact with customers, resolving their concerns effectively and efficiently.

Contract and Compensation
