Remote Holistic Wellness Coach & Program Developer

Our client, a rapidly growing online platform dedicated to promoting holistic well-being, is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Holistic Wellness Coach to join their innovative team. This fully remote position involves coaching individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals, as well as developing engaging and effective wellness programs. You will leverage your expertise in various wellness modalities to guide clients towards a balanced and healthier lifestyle. As a Remote Holistic Wellness Coach, you will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via video conferencing, assessing clients' needs and developing personalized action plans. Your focus will be on areas such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, fitness, and sleep hygiene. You will also contribute to the creation and refinement of digital wellness content, workshops, and challenges. This role requires exceptional communication, empathy, and a strong understanding of behavioral change principles. You will empower clients to build sustainable healthy habits and foster long-term well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized holistic wellness coaching to clients via virtual sessions. Assess clients' health and wellness goals, current lifestyle, and challenges. Develop customized wellness plans incorporating nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and mindfulness techniques. Educate clients on healthy habits and provide support for behavioral change. Design and develop new online wellness programs, content, and resources (e.g., guides, webinars, challenges). Track client progress and provide regular feedback and motivation. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in wellness, nutrition, fitness, and mental health. Collaborate with a team of wellness professionals to enhance program offerings. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical coaching standards. Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing expertise through blog posts or social media. Qualifications: Certification from a reputable holistic wellness coaching program (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, NASM). Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Psychology, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a wellness coach or in a related health and wellness role. Proven expertise in multiple wellness modalities (e.g., nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, stress management). Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual interactions. Strong ability to motivate and inspire clients. Experience in curriculum development or program design is highly desirable. Proficiency with virtual communication tools and wellness platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
