Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key priorities will include:

  • Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service during all operating hours.
