Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening, upselling products and features, and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs. You'll work in a highly structured environment, utilizing your technical skills and soft skills to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
  • Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to position new solutions
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secured workspace

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
  • Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
