Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will be to:

  • Answer telephones and respond to customer questions and/or forward calls to appropriate personnel
  • Record calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiate required confirmations without direct supervision
  • Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Process calls timely, accurately, and with quality to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Interface with team members, management, customers, and clients in reference to customer service issues
  • Ensure inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
  • Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art Contact Center

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

What You Should Expect in This Role

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US, you can expect:

  • To work primarily in-bound, call center responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, etc.
  • To work full-time (40 hours a week) with the possibility of shift work and overtime when necessary
  • To have a remote work arrangement, working from home with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload broadband internet connection

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. As a salaried, full-time employee, you will be eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance.
