Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist [Tier 1], you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to resolve customer service inquiries
• Resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns
• Processing account requests and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
• Screen sharing to resolve technical issues and coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
• Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
• Documenting notes and summarizing conversation details accurately
• Embracing feedback, coaching, and training to continuously develop your skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
