About Settl X Settl X is building AI compliance orchestration for fintechs, crypto exchanges, PSPs, and neobanks. Our AI agents orchestrate the compliance vendor stack — screening, monitoring, KYC, KYB, KYT — so compliance teams can stop drowning in false positives and start focusing on real investigations. The Role We're looking for independent compliance professionals who run their own consultancy or operate as fractional CCOs and want to partner with us to bring AI-powered compliance orchestration to the fintechs and crypto companies they already serve. This is a partnerships role. You have clients who struggle with alert volumes, false positive rates, and vendor stack complexity. We have the technology that solves it. Together, we create a referral channel where your clients get better outcomes, and you earn commission and equity for every introduction that converts. This role sits alongside your existing practice, not instead of it. What you'd do

• Refer fintechs, crypto companies, and regulated businesses from your client network to Settl X
• Recommend Settl X as the orchestration layer when you design AML programs for your consulting clients
• Provide product feedback based on what your clients actually need day-to-day
• Help us identify and prioritize the right compliance consulting firms for broader partnership programs

Who you are

• You run your own compliance consultancy, or operate as an independent fractional CCO, BSA Officer, MLRO, or CAMLO
• You have 5+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing AML/BSA/KYC compliance programs for fintechs, crypto companies, MSBs, or digital banks
• You've advised multiple companies on vendor selection, transaction monitoring setup, sanctions screening, and regulatory readiness
• You have an active network of compliance officers, fintech founders, and regulated businesses
• You have active client relationships with fintechs or crypto companies who are currently struggling with compliance operations — and they trust your recommendations on tooling and vendors
• You're familiar with regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions: BSA/AML, OFAC, FinCEN, FCA, MiCA, FATF

Bonus if you've

• Served as a named fractional CCO, BSA Officer, or MLRO for a fintech or crypto company
• Operated across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EU, Canada)
• Held CAMS or equivalent certification
• Designed compliance programs that were approved by sponsor banks or passed regulatory examination
• Built or scaled a compliance consultancy practice of your own
