Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business, including:

  • Guest and reservation management: Process reservations, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
  • Virtual property management: Coordinate with housekeepers, arrange amenities, and ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services, ensuring that our properties are always clean and ready for guests.
  • Guest issue resolution: Address and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Guest and Reservation Management: + Process reservations and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. + Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods to guests. + Ensure that all guest requests are met and exceeded.

  • Virtual Property Management:

+ Coordinate with housekeepers to ensure that properties are clean and ready for guests. + Arrange amenities and services as needed. + Monitor and address any issues related to property maintenance.

  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:

+ Oversee the scheduling and coordination of cleaning services. + Ensure that properties are always clean and ready for guests. + Address any issues related to cleaning services.

  • Guest Issue Resolution:

+ Address and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. + Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (within 1 hour).

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (within 3 hours or ASAP).
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience.
  • Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (EST).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Airbnb customer service.

  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed.

* Tech-savvy with excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy).

  • Strong verbal, written, and reading comprehension in English.
