Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with entry-level application administration. This role is perfect for someone with strong typing skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry and application administration tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project
- Work closely with a development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the migration process
Top Skills & Qualifications
* Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm)
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Work Shifts
We offer flexible shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
