As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for:- Welcoming and serving our Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the Philadelphia International Airport
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Creating personalized experiences for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships
- Utilizing the Client First mindset to address customer needs and expectations
- Providing travel and lifestyle recommendations, as well as making travel arrangements and reservations
- Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
- Working closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you will need:- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering creative solutions to customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in various software applications and technology platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain work tasks
