What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions and not excuses
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
• Following up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and happy
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
• Developing rapport with customers, building trust and loyalty through your upbeat and positive attitude

What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

• Excellent customer service attitude and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
• The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• A friendly, confident, and self-starter personality that shines through in your communication style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs

Preferred Qualifications

While we're open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences, we're particularly interested in candidates with:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
