Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Data Entry Specialists to join our remote team, working on a part-time basis with a flexible schedule. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our system, ensuring that information is correctly recorded and easily accessible. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and support various administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into our systems from various sources
• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications
