What You'll Do
You'll work remotely, speaking with customers about auto, home, renters, and related insurance products. That means conducting consultations, presenting options clearly, quoting, closing, and binding policies — all through phone and digital tools. Structured process, real lead flow, no cold-knocking doors.
Requirements
Active P&C license required Minimum 2 years of sales experience Must be located in the Eastern time zone Must have a private, dedicated workspace to conduct business by phone and video conference with agency staff and clients Must have a stable internet connection Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Equipment provided by The Carballo Agencies. Frequently Asked Questions Is this role fully remote? Yes. 100% remote. You must be based on the East Coast (Eastern time zone). Is this a flexible "work from anywhere" remote job? No. This is a structured, full-time remote position — not a laptop-and-travel setup. You'll need a dedicated, private workspace with a stable internet connection. We provide equipment. You bring the focus and the commitment. What does the commission look like? Average commission runs $1,500–$2,800/month on top of your base — and it's uncapped. First-year producers here have earned $78,000–$85,000. What about marketing support? We invest in marketing support per producer to help you build pipeline. You're not out there alone.
