- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, free from distractions
