Job Description

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chat conversations
  • Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to handle high-stress environments and work effectively under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
