Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

You’ll work directly with Minnesota business owners to improve their local visibility, digital presence, and customer reach by getting them featured on For the Love of Minnesota — a live, map-based platform built to highlight what matters across the state. This is a performance-based marketing role focused on:

• Local business outreach
• Digital visibility positioning
• Fast onboarding + campaign-style execution

You’re not “selling” — you’re helping businesses show up where people are actually looking. What You’re Actually Doing

• Reaching out to local Minnesota businesses
• Positioning their brand on a statewide digital map
• Running a quick, live demo (2–5 minutes)
• Helping them get set up instantly
• Guiding them into ongoing visibility (subscription)

Compensation

Structure

• Up to $120,000+ annually
• 40–50% recurring commission
• Monthly + annual subscriptions
• Upsell opportunities (more visibility, features, placements)
• No cap — performance = income
