What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly
- Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system
- Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll to support financial reporting
- Assist with monthly closings, internal and external audits by providing necessary records and reports
- Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and confidentiality
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience; familiarity with GAAP is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, or similar)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to perform tasks such as sitting for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
- Previous work experience in a healthcare-related setting
