Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support team members

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
