Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat conversations on our clients' websites or social media accounts. This is a part-time, remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, have excellent communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat conversations on our clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts in a friendly and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a call center or live chat environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
