Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Learning our proprietary systems and processes for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make frequent calls to our clients
• Portraying our high standards of customer support and exceeding specific set goals and metrics
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
