Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing support and sales assistance via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience while interacting with diverse customers.
• Documenting chat interactions, feedback, and resolutions clearly and concisely.

Requirements
