Roles and responsibilities :

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring potential employees. You will also need to identify various sourcing channels and maintain relationships with different stakeholders. You also will be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end process of hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the new hires.

You will also be responsible for reputed company Recruiting for the company which will include building a comprehensive reputed company recruiting strategy and creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans. Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Minimum experience as a recruiter: above 4 years.
