Job Summary As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via live chat software and providing top-notch support to help them achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. Responsibilities * Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate * Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs * Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promote interest in client products and services * Consistently achieve established standards of the position * Continually portray and project a positive and professional image * Provide administrative support Requirements * Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * Keyboarding and internet experience needed * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-acclimated to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment * Experience working with live chat software and CRM systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively What You'll Get * Monthly bonus based on performance * Be a part of a group of diverse, energetic professionals who play as hard as they work * Plenty of room for upward career mobility Benefits * 401k Plan * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Medical Insurance * Dental & Vision Insurance * Company Paid Life Insurance Available Shifts and Compensation We have available shifts all days of the week.
