As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Help Desk technicians to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online chat

  • Open and submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update customer responses accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on their issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely closure of tickets and high customer satisfaction rates

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred

  • Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and technical terminology
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices
