Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
  • Providing Product and Service Information: Share knowledge about our products and services, helping customers understand their features, benefits, and usage.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Product Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues, working closely with customers to understand their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Documenting and Updating Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions and updating information as needed.
  • Developing and Maintaining a Knowledge Base: Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services, developing and maintaining a knowledge base that's accessible to the entire customer-facing team.

Qualifications
