Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their travel plans, frequent flyer accounts, and other related inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Providing information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies
  • Assisting with frequent flyer account inquiries, including points redemption and status updates
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
