What You'll Do:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact with potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to our open positions
- Analyzing professional profiles in job portals to identify top talent for our searches
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
- Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- At least 1 year of previous work experience (although this is not a requirement, it's a plus)
- Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates from diverse backgrounds
