What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries.
• Investigating and resolving member inquiries promptly or escalating as needed.
• Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures to ensure confidentiality and data security.
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
• Eligibility to Work in the United States: You must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong PC Skills: You'll need to be proficient in using multiple software systems and have strong PC skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices.
• Attention to Detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented and able to accurately process and resolve member inquiries.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

• Previous Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, especially in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
• Experience Working Remotely: If you have experience working remotely, you'll be well-suited for this role.
• Fluency in Spanish: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as you'll be interacting with members who may have limited English proficiency.
