Duties

- Educate clients on physiology, anatomy, and the importance of proper form to optimize results and minimize risks.
- Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting programs as needed to maintain motivation and continuous improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe workout routines.
- Demonstrated ability to teach physical education concepts effectively in both individual and group formats.
- Experience in sports coaching or athletic training is highly desirable.
- Skilled in sales techniques related to fitness services and products with a focus on customer satisfaction.
