Product Manager (m/f/d) at iOS Screen Time Control App Lemio
Help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction! Tasks You will directly work with Tom who is a product person by heart and who has worked on physical and digital products all his life. Current challenges
- Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing)
- Improve trial start rate.
- Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team.
- Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention.
- Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
- User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product.
We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!
Requirements
Ideally you
- always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup.
- are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
- are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you don't love to do 10 user calls every week, don't apply!!!)
- have between 3-5 years of work experience.
