What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Reschedule appointments and respond to patient portal inquiries

- Maintain knowledge of phone center duties and contribute to team efficiency
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be located within TN, GA, or AL
- Previous experience in information management within a medical office or similar setting preferred
- Completion of a program of study in medical terminology and legal aspects of medical information management preferred

- Experience in a medical office or similar administrative role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and legal aspects of medical information management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
