This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing, providing high-level administrative support while actively contributing to the execution of essential marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment and possesses exceptional organizational skills. Your ability to manage priorities and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams will be key to driving success as we prepare for an exciting product launch. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to impact marketing strategies and foster collaboration within the organization. Accountabilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Marketing, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Manage priorities and ensure the VP is prepared for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership and marketing meetings.
  • Support the development of presentations and executive-ready materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking and spend visibility in partnership with Finance.
  • Organize marketing assets, templates, and files.
  • Support logistics for commercial meetings and team updates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in an administrative support or marketing coordination role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders with complex scheduling.
  • Strong interest in marketing and coordination; prior exposure to marketing teams preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with urgency and accountability.
  • High energy and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent judgment and professionalism with confidential information.
