Accounts Payable Clerk – Real Estate
Job Description:
- Manage the full-cycle AP process for 200+ invoices per cycle to ensure financial integrity
- Cross-reference historical ledgers for accuracy in GL codes and property assignments
- Document workflows to maintain operational efficiency and team redundancy
- Hunt down invoices in paperless portals and manage the master billing calendar to support leadership
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in AppFolio, Yardi (Voyager/P2P), and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively during the PH shift
- Understanding of commercial property-level accounting and GL codes
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
