Job Description

This is a high‑visibility, outbound‑focused Sales Development Representative role supporting the company's expansion across North America. You will be responsible for generating pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic research, creative messaging, and strong qualification. This is an ideal role for an ambitious SDR with at least 2+ years of experience, who wants to advance in SaaS sales and progress quickly within a scaling organization.Travel Requirements:

  • 2 trips per year to France
  • 3 major trade shows per year across North America
  • Ability to meet in person with the team once or twice a week (flexible on location: Concord, Worcester, or similar midpoint options; train accessible)

The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Development Representative should have:

  • Brings 2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to grow quickly.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Creative and resilient, with a problem‑solver mindset.
  • Comfortable owning a heavily outbound role and engaging senior retail stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel for team meetups, trade shows, and occasional international trips.
