This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP, Technology Alliances - REMOTE. In this impactful senior leadership role, you will be responsible for leading strategic technology partnerships across the cybersecurity landscape and major cloud platforms. Your contributions will directly influence the company’s growth, enhancing revenue generation and aligning joint go-to-market strategies with known vendors. This position demands an executive focus on building sustainable relationships that foster collaboration and innovation while driving the success of the company in the global market. Accountabilities

  • Serve as executive owner for key technology alliances, executing go-to-market strategies and driving co-sell motions.
  • Lead the company's strategy with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud in Marketplace settings to maximize joint offerings.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners including pipeline targets and executive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for effective integrations and technical certifications.
  • Enhance Marketplace revenue through optimized listings and aligned co-sell programs.
  • Engage with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to ensure proper tracking of partner-sourced leads.
  • Represent the company at industry events and joint marketing activities to amplify visibility.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing global team of Alliance Managers and Hyperscaler Partner Managers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators associated with alliances and marketplace success.

Requirements

  • Proven background in technology alliances, partnerships, or business development in cybersecurity or cloud sectors.
  • Established relationships within leading technology companies and familiarity with partner programs.
  • In-depth understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud go-to-market strategies and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth via alliances and cloud channels.
  • Technical expertise in engaging product and engineering teams regarding integrations and architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing high-performance partner management teams.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SaaS, cybersecurity, and related domains such as email security or data protection.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for partner engagements and events.
